What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Leasing Manager, you will spend half of your week leading a high-performing leasing team, setting expectations, monitoring metrics, and promoting a positive work environment. The other half of your time will involve sustaining comprehensive community knowledge, overseeing pricing strategies, managing leasing activity, maintaining positive resident relations, and coordinating local outreach marketing to enhance community visibility and generate prospect traffic.
- Establishing clear job expectations, coaching for performance improvement, and providing career guidance
- Guiding and supporting new team members in sales and marketing, emphasizing exceptional customer service
- Ensuring effective use of sales and marketing techniques across the leasing staff
- Sustaining comprehensive community knowledge, focusing on rent, pricing, availability, and amenities
- Driving occupancy and rental rates by implementing strategic pricing and managing daily leasing operations
- Leading local outreach marketing efforts, fostering relationships, providing input on advertising, and organizing community events to boost prospect traffic
What You’ll Need To Thrive:
- Residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experience
- Experience leading a high performing sales team
- Customer service and sales experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License required if employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) in their role. This varies by location.
- Computer literacy and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Office team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own Smartphone to perform certain aspects of their job
Salary : $29.79 - $36.41 / Hour
The successf ul candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
Employees ar e eligible for overtime pay and performance incentive.
