Roving Property Manager (Turn Around Specialist)

Vie Management is looking for a Turn Around Specialist to work at various communties within Vie's portfolio.


Candidates for this position will be expected to relocate and work on-site.

Qualifications –

Minimum 5 years management experience in, Hospitality, Resort or Property Management

Experience with stablization of assets

Sales and business development experience

Experience with Entrata preferred

Field management, experiential marketing, sales, marketing, business development

Managing projects from inception to completion

Ability to relocate


Un jour dans la vie de (A day in the life of) –

Keep a high level of service in mind with every task while resolving conflict to benefit all concerned parties

Familiarize with all aspects in the apartment leasing process and renewal process

Respect the boundaries of confidentiality and fair housing laws

Administration and coordination of leasing files from signing to move out

Date entry of prospect and resident information in Entrata

Multiple levels of tracking spaces, tasks, projects – with high understanding of process and work flow

Manage year-end cut off processes for /Receivable

Provide reports including but not limited to delinquency, leasing, and eviction reports as required by the Accounting Department and the Asset Management Team

Address all resident complaints and disputes

Manage property operations ncluding but not limited to direct oversight on on-site team members

Create, budget and organize marketing plans that include pricing strategies, balancing company objectives and resident satisfaction

Develop integrated marketing campaigns

Execute strategic partnerships and own business development

Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote the property, working with local advertising and promotion managers

Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities

Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings

Participate in community outreach activities to create brand awareness of the apartment community in the marketplace

Understand and comply with Fair Housing Laws

Compile lists describing property amenities and successfully promote to all prospective residents
